Where does this list of CS2 servers come from?
From the Steam master server: every three minutes we pull the whole CS2 server list with player counts, maps and tags. The mode is worked out from the server name, map and tags.
What server modes exist in CS2?
We sort servers into 20 modes; the busiest right now are Publics, Bhop, AWP, 1v1, Zombie. Every mode has its own page with the full list and the top by players.
How do I connect to a CS2 server?
The Connect button opens steam://connect and starts CS2 with that address. If the link does nothing, copy the IP and type connect ip:port in the console.
How fresh are the player counts?
The list refreshes every three minutes and the page pulls new numbers once a minute. For servers with players we keep 14 days of player history.
